535 28 The object is met according to the invention in that the power electronics unit is arranged in a unit space which is separate from the unit space in which the pump unit is arranged.
The separation of these unit spaces means that the heat emitted from the pump unit cannot be transferred to the power electronics unit. The unit space of the power electronics unit is also heated to a lesser extent because it is not heated by the pump unit. This also facilitates the heat transport from the power electronics unit to the environment in the unit room.
The same advantages are obtained if the unit space of the power electronics unit is different from the unit space in which the drive motor is arranged. This also ensures that the heat emitted from the drive motor is not transferred to the power electronics unit.
It is further advantageous if the pump unit's unit space is separate from the drive motor's unit space. In this way, there are three mutually separated units for the drive motor, the pump unit and the power electronics unit, respectively. Mutual heating of these components is thus excluded. In addition, the heat transport to the environment is simplified because the three mentioned unit rooms together have a larger external surface than the corresponding surface of a common unit room for all three components.
It is expedient to arrange the unit space of the drive motor above a drive wheel of a low-lift lifting trolley. In this unit space located directly above the drive wheel, a brake for the drive wheel of the lifting trolley is also arranged in addition to the drive motor.
Furthermore, it is advantageous if the unit space of the power electronics unit is arranged above a battery pack in a low-lift lifting trolley. An electrical connection cable between the battery pack and the power electronics unit can thereby be kept particularly short.
Very short hydraulic lines can be obtained if the pump unit's unit space is arranged on the side facing a load of a battery pack in a low-lift lifting trolley. In addition, if a hydraulic lifting cylinder is arranged in the unit space of the pump unit, all hydraulic components and lines are located in this unit space. 536 28 Through the described design of the unit compartments, special advantages are achieved if the lifting trolley is designed with a driver seat, for example with a driver seat which is directed transversely to the main direction of travel.
The advantages of the invention with regard to lower heating of the drive motor, pump unit and in particular the power electronics unit can be used very well if the lifting trolley is designed as a low-lifting trolley and has a lifting fork with a length of at least 2500 mm, and preferably at least 3500 mm. Lifting trolleys of this size class have extremely large units with a correspondingly large power consumption. Transport and distribution of exhaust heat from the units then becomes extremely important if excessive heating of the units is to be prevented.
Additional advantages and details of the invention are explained in more detail in connection with the exemplary embodiment illustrated in schematic drawings.
The drawing shows a lifting trolley according to the invention which is designed as a low-lifting lifting trolley. The lifting trolley comprises a driving part 1 and a relatively load-bearing load-bearing part 2. The load-bearing part 2 comprises a lifting galley 11. A driver's seat is arranged on the driving part 1 of the lifting carriage, with a driver's seat 3 which in the present case is oriented in the transverse direction of the lifting carriage.
The driver's seat also includes the lifting means of the lifting carriage, such as a steering wheel 4 and pressure and rotary switches 5, which are supported on a folding cover 6. Furthermore, the driving part 1 has a battery compartment 7, which in the present embodiment has an L-shaped cross section. A battery pack (not shown) can be pushed into it in a horizontal direction via a side opening (not shown) of the battery compartment 7. The battery compartment 7 extends over the total width of the driving part 1.
The lifting trolley has three main heat-generating structural parts in the form of the drive motor 8, the hydraulic pump unit 9 and the power electronics unit 10, which according to the invention are arranged in mutually separated unit rooms.
The unit space for the drive motor 8 is located directly above a drive wheel (not shown) of the lift carriage, and below the driver's seat 3. The hydraulic pump unit 9, which consists mainly of a gear pump and an electric motor, is located on the load-facing side of the battery compartment 7 in a fork stand the load-bearing 535 28 part 2. The unit space for the power electronics unit 10 is arranged above the battery compartment 7 and is accessible from above in the open position of the housing 6.
The power electronics unit 10 comprises electrical energy means for supplying the drive motor 8 and the pump unit 9 with electrical energy. Electrical energy means hair, for example, inverters and impulse controllers.
By arranging, as indicated in the invention, the heat-generating construction parts in mutually spaced aggregate spaces, these elements cannot heat each other. In this way, in particular, overheating of heat-sensitive means in the power electronics unit 10 can be prevented. The heating economy in the individual unit rooms can be affected individually, for example by the unit rooms being provided with ventilation openings and / or kt.

Low-lift lifting trolley, with at least one electric drive motor (8), a hydraulic pump unit (9) and at least one power electronics unit (10), characterized in that the power electronics unit (10) is arranged in a unit space which is separate from a unit space in which the pump unit (9 ) is arranged and that the unit space of the pump unit (9) is arranged on the side facing a load of a battery pack.

Lifting trolley according to one of Claims 1 to 4, characterized in that the unit space of the power electronics unit (10) is arranged above a battery pack.

Lifting trolley according to one of Claims 1 to 5, characterized in that the lifting trolley is designed as a truck, preferably with a driver's seat (3) oriented transversely to the main direction of travel.

Lifting trolley according to one of Claims 1 to 6, characterized in that the lifting trolley has a lifting fork (11) with a length of at least 2300 mm, preferably of at least 3500 mm.
